Joice is a city in Worth County, Iowa, United States. The population was 208 at the time of the 2020 census. It is part of the Mason City Micropolitan Statistical Area. History Joice got its start, following the construction of the Chicago and North Western Railway through that territory. A post office called Joice has been in operation since 1900.
