Masih Saighani (Dari language, Dari: مسیح سیغانی; born 22 September 1986) is an Afghan association football, footballer who plays as a defender for German club Türk Gücü Friedberg in Hessenliga. Club career Aizawl On 26 August 2017, Saighani signed for the I-League Champions, Aizawl F.C. This was his first football experience outside Germany where he had been playing since 2004. Masih made his debut for Aizawl in the Mizoram Premier League versus Mizoram Police FC. His I-League debut came vs. East Bengal F.C. in a 2–2 draw. In the following game vs. Churchill Brothers S.C., he was adjudged the Man of the Match for his solid display in defense & playmaking attributes after Aizawl F.C. beat Churchill Brothers S.C. 1–0. Aizawl FC is an Indian professional football club based in Aizawl, Mizoram, that competes in the I-League. Incorporated in 1984, the club earned the entry in India's top-tier league in 2015–16, after winning 2015 I-League 2nd Division. Nicknamed "the people's club", Aizawl became first football club from the Northeast to win a top flight Indian football league. The club also competes in the Mizoram Premier League. Tajiks ( fa, تاجيک، تاجک, ''Tājīk, Tājek''; tg, Тоҷик) are a Persian-speaking Iranian ethnic group native to Central Asia, living primarily in Afghanistan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. Indian Arrows (formerly known as Pailan Arrows) was an Indian developmental football club that competed in the I-League. The club was formed by the All India Football Federation in 2010, with a main goal of nurturing young Indian football talents. After disbanding in 2013, the project was revived as ''Indian Arrows'' in 2017. The Mizoram Premier League (also known as the Zote Honda Mizoram Premier League for sponsorship ties) is the highest state-level football league in Mizoram, India. On a national scale, the state's top tier league is the 4th tier of Indian football league system. Aizawl (; Mizo: ) is the capital of the state of Mizoram in India. Aizawl was officially established on 25 February 1890. With a population of 293,416, it is the largest city in the state. I-League
The I-League (known as Hero I-League for sponsorship ties with Hero MotoCorp) is the second-tier men's professional football competition of the Indian football league system. It is currently contested by 12 clubs across the country with the winners getting promotion to play in the premier division, the Indian Super League. The competition was founded in 2007 as the successor to the National Football League, with the first season starting in November 2007.
