Mashiur Rahaman Ranga (born 22 July 1958) is a Bangladeshi politician who is the incumbent Jatiya Sangsad member from Rangpur-1 constituency. Jahangir Kabir Nanak (born 14 January 1954) is a Bangladesh Awami League politician and the former State Minister for Local Government, Rural Development and Co-operatives. He was twice elected member of parliament for Dhaka-13. Currently he is a Presidium Member of Bangladesh Awami League . He was president of the Bangladesh Jubo League and general secretary of the Bangladesh Chhatra League. Early life Nanak was born on 14 January 1954. He has a bachelor's degree in Art and Law. The Jatiya Party ( bn, জাতীয় পার্টি, translit=Jatiyo Party, lit=National Party) is a conservative, nationalist political party in Bangladesh and is currently the main opposition in the Jatiya Sangsad, against the Awami League. The current chairman of the party is Ghulam Muhammad Quader. On 3 January 2019, the party announced its decision to join the Bangladesh Awami League-led Grand Alliance after having been in opposition for the previous parliamentary term.
