Masghati (in Persian:مسقطی) is a soft and transparent confection in IranSouvenirs

made with rose water, starch, sugar and water. Along with koloocheh, it is a tradition of Norooz New Year celebrations. Pistachio, saffron, and cardamom can also be used to make masghati. Masghati is produced in Fars province, particularly in Kazerun, Kazeroun, Larestan county and Shiraz. The masghati which is produced in Kazeroun and Larestan are more viscous and sweeter than the Shirazi one. Koloocheh and Masghati are souvenirs of Shiraz.

Koloocheh or Kleicha (Persian: کلوچه), also known as Persian New Year Bread, is a Persian stamped cookie or bread, originating in various parts of Iran. Cardamom
Cardamom (), sometimes cardamon or cardamum, is a spice made from the seeds of several plants in the genera ''Elettaria'' and ''Amomum'' in the family Zingiberaceae. Both genera are native to the Indian subcontinent and Indonesia. They are recognized by their small seed pods: triangular in cross-section and spindle-shaped, with a thin, papery outer shell and small, black seeds; ''Elettaria'' pods are light green and smaller, while ''Amomum'' pods are larger and dark brown. Kazerun
Kazeroon ( fa, کازرون, also Romanized as Kāzerūn, Kāzeroūn, and Kazeroon; also known as Kasrun) is a city and capital of Kazeroon County, Fars Province, Iran.
