Mascarita Sagrada 2007
Mascarita Sagrada is a Mexican ''Luchador'' '' enmascarado'', or masked professional wrestler who works for Lucha Libre AAA World Wide's (AAA) ''Mini-Estrella'' division. He is the third wrestler to work under the ring name "Mascarita Sagrada" for AAA, having used the name since 2007. Mascarita Sagrada's real name is not a matter of public record, as is often the case with masked wrestlers in Mexico where their private lives are kept a secret from the wrestling fans. Working in the Mini division does not automatically mean that he has dwarfism as several short wrestlers work in the "Mini" division, although at in this case it is clear that the wrestler under the mask is a dwarf. Lucha libre (, meaning "freestyle wrestling" or literally translated as "free fight") is the term used in Latin America for professional wrestling. Since its introduction to Mexico in the early 20th century, it has developed into a unique form of the genre, characterized by colorful masks, rapid sequences of holds and maneuvers, and "high-flying" maneuvers, some of which have been adopted in the United States, Japan, and elsewhere. The wearing of masks has developed special significance, and matches are sometimes contested in which the loser must permanently remove his mask, which is a wager with a high degree of weight attached. ''Guerra de Titanes'' (2009) ("War of the Titans") was the thirteenth annual ''Guerra de Titanes'' professional wrestling show promoted by AAA since 1997. The show took place on December 11, 2009 in the Ciudad Madero, Tamaulipas Convention center, a site that AAA has used for many of their major shows. ''Guerra de Titanes'' is AAA's "End of year" show and the fifth of their "big shows" they hold every year. Polvo De Estrellas
Polvo is an American indie rock band from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The band formed in 1990 and is fronted by guitarists/vocalists Ash Bowie and Dave Brylawski, with Steve Popson playing bass guitar and Brian Quast playing drums. Eddie Watkins was the band's original drummer, but did not rejoin the band upon its reunion in 2008, after breaking up in 1998. The band was critically acclaimed from the outset. He was best known under the ring name El Brazo (Spanish for "the Arm"), which he used since his debut in 1980. José Luis Alvarado Nieves (March 19, 1963 – July 26, 2021) was a Mexican luchador best known under the ring name Brazo de Plata, a name he had used since his debut in 1977. Antonio Peña Memorial Show (2008)
The 2008 Antonio Peña Memorial Show (''Homenaje a Antonio Peña'' in Spanish) was the second show held in honor of the deceased Antonio Peña, owner and creator of the Mexican ''Lucha Libre'', or professional wrestling, company AAA. The show was held near the second anniversary of Peña's death from a heart attack. The main focus of the show was the second annual ''Copa Antonio Peña'' which was won by El Mesias as he survived a 13-man Gauntlet match defeating Pirata Morgan, El Elegido, Psicosis II, Dark Escoria, Silver King, Crazy Boy and Dark Cuervo one by one to win the ''Copa''. Arturo Santos Hernández (born July 9, 1987) is a Mexican ''Luchador'' or professional wrestler and bodybuilder, best known by his ring name Mini Charly Manson. The AAA World Mini-Estrella Championship (''Campeonato Mundial Mini AAA'' in Spanish) is a professional wrestling championship promoted by the Mexican Lucha Libre promotion Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA). The championship is exclusively competed for in the ''Mini-Estrellas'', or Minis, division.
