María Soledad Iparraguirre
María Soledad Iparraguirre Guenechea (born Eskoriatza, 25 April 1961), known as "Marisol" until 1994 and " Anboto" thereafter, was a senior figure in the Basque separatist group ETA and the second woman, after Dolores González Cataráin (alias " Yoyes"), to be a member of ETA's executive. Arrested in October 2004, in December 2010 she was sentenced by French courts to 20 years in prison. On May 3, 2018, she, together with Josu Urrutikoetxea, voiced the final statement with which the terrorist organization announced its dissolution. Early life When Iparraguirre was a child, her family ran safe houses for ETA. As a teenager in the late 1970s, she joined the Vizcaya unit of ETA, working mainly as a courier for the group. When Iparraguirre was 20, police raided her family home and found of dynamite brought from France. The 9K32 Strela-2 (russian: Cтрела, "arrow"; NATO reporting name SA-7 Grail) is a light-weight, shoulder-fired, surface-to-air missile (or MANPADS) system. It is designed to target aircraft at low altitudes with passive infrared homing guidance and destroy them with a high explosive warhead. Broadly comparable in performance with the US Army FIM-43 Redeye, the Strela-2 was the first Soviet man-portable SAM – full-scale production began in 1970. While the Redeye and 9K32 Strela-2 were similar, the missiles were not identical. Salies-de-Béarn (, literally ''Salies of Béarn''; oc, Salias) is a commune in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department in south-western France. The name comes from its naturally occurring saline water ( Gascon ''salias'' for Standard Occitan ''salinas''). During the expanded, pre-liberation occupation of France by Nazi Germany, Salies was on the border between the occupied zone and the free zone. Between September 1941 and the summer of 1942, Jean Anouilh wrote his famous adaptation of Sophocles' tragedy, ''Antigone'' in the comparatively idyllic setting of Salies-de-Bearn, relieved of the invader's presence, the evening curfews and the deprivations of Paris. Terrorism financing is the provision of funds or providing financial support to individual terrorists or non-state actors. Most countries have implemented measures to counter terrorism financing (CTF) often as part of their money laundering laws. Some countries and multinational organisations have created a list of organisations that they regard as terrorist organisations, though there is no consistency as to which organisations are designated as being terrorist by each country. The Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF) has made recommendations to members relating to CTF. It has created a Blacklist and Greylist of countries that have not taken adequate CTF action.
