María José (singer)
María José Loyola Anaya (born January 12, 1976), known professionally as María José is a Mexican singer, ballet and flamenco dancer, athlete and television personality. Her career started at age 15 when she joined the 90s famous Mexican band, Kabah as a vocalist. After leaving the band, in 2006, she continued her successful solo singing career and to date has released six studio albums. Biography She has a B.A. in communications. She is well known and established within the music industry since she was part of a very popular pop-singing band in Mexico, Kabah, from the mid to late 1990s. Her first experience on stage was at age 14 as a dancer in the Spanish Dance Company led by Maria Elena Anaya. She remained in the dance company participating with flamenco songs as well. Kabah (band)
Kabah is a Mexican group based in Mexico City. It was formed in 1992 and disbanded in 2005. In 2015, they reunited and went on tour with OV7 titled "Ov7 Kabah Tour." They were named after the Maya archeological site. Sergio O'Farrill
Sergio O'Farrill (born February 7, 1979) began his musical career at the age of 14 in Mexican pop group Kabah. He was one of the group's members to write and compose some of the group's singles and B-sides. Sergio started playing the guitar at age 9 when his father, Sergio Ortiz, gave him his first guitar. After Kabah disbanded in 2005 Sergio continued his music career with Moroccoblu, the name of his musical project as a solo artist.
