Mary Margaret Graham was the United States Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Collection (2005–2008). Background Education Graham is a graduate of Marywood College in Scranton, Pennsylvania and obtained a master's degree in Russian Studies at The Maxwell School of Syracuse University. The director of national intelligence (DNI) is a senior, cabinet-level United States government official, required by the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 to serve as executive head of the United States Intelligence Community (IC) and to direct and oversee the National Intelligence Program (NIP). The National Resources Division (NR) is the domestic division of the United States Central Intelligence Agency.
