Martin Uden
Martin David Uden (born 28 February 1955) is, as of December 2012, the co-ordinator of the Panel of Experts at the United Nations which deals with North Korea regarding the sanctions against that country established by United Nations Security Council Resolution 1874. He was previously Managing Director of the British Business Embassy at UKTI, which he joined in March 2012. Before that he served as a British Diplomat, most recently as the British Ambassador to South Korea. Previous diplomatic postings in Korea were as the British embassy's Second Secretary (1978–1981), and as Political Counsellor (1994–1997). UN Security Council Sanctions Committee On North Korea
The UN Security Council Sanctions Committee on North Korea (formally named Security Council Committee Established Pursuant to Resolution 1718) is a subsidiary body established in 2006 by the UN Security Council's resolution 1718 in response to North Korea's first nuclear test and its other nuclear proliferation efforts. Resolution 1718 imposed a series of economic sanctions on the DPRK and established a committee to gather more information, specify the sanctions, monitor them, and issue recommendations. The committee's responsibilities have broadened as subsequent resolutions expanded and strengthened sanctions, which include an arms embargo, a ban on luxury goods, financial sanctions, and limitations on export of mining resources. A Panel of Experts (PoE) established in 2009 supports the work of the committee through expert analysis, particularly in evaluating cases of non-compliance. North Korea

His Majesty's Diplomatic Service (HMDS) is the diplomatic service of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, dealing with foreign affairs and representing British interests overseas, as opposed to the Home Civil Service, which deals with domestic affairs. It employs around 14,000 people, roughly one-third of whom are crown servants working directly for the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, either in London or abroad. The Olympic torch relay is the ceremonial relaying of the Olympic flame from Olympia, Greece, to the site of an Olympic Games. It was first performed at the 1936 Summer Olympics, and has taken place prior to every Games since. Although in the past some Olympic organizing committees organized torch relays which encompassed multiple countries, the International Olympic Committee now restricts international relays due to the protests during the 2008 Summer Olympics torch relay, in which the relay was met with protests at several international sites on its way to Beijing, China. Warwick ( ) is a market town, civil parish and the county town of Warwickshire in the Warwick District in England, adjacent to the River Avon. It is south of Coventry, and south-east of Birmingham.
