Martin Repinski
Martin Repinski (born on 6 August 1986 in Kohtla-Järve, Ida-Viru County) is an Estonian politician. He has been a member of the XIII and the XIV Riigikogu. In 2016 he was shortly Minister of Agriculture. He has studied at Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences in financial management. Urmas Kruuse (born 14 July 1965) is an Estonian politician who has been the Minister of Rural Affairs since 2021. From 2014 to 2015, he was the Minister of Health and Labour. Kohtla-Järve
Kohtla-Järve is a city and municipality in northeastern Estonia, founded in 1924 and incorporated as a town in 1946. The city is highly industrial, and is both a processor of oil shales and is a large producer of various petrochemical products. During the 1944–1991 Soviet occupation, large numbers of immigrant workers from Russia and other parts of the former USSR were brought in to populate the rapidly growing city. The population in the Kohtla-Järve area which had been, as of 1934 census, over 90% ethnic Estonian, became overwhelmingly non-Estonian in the second half of the 20th century. According to more recent data (as of 2006) 21% of the city's population are ethnic Estonians; most of the rest are Russians. Kohtla-Järve is the fifth-largest city in Estonia in terms of population. The Estonian Centre Party ( et, Eesti Keskerakond, EK) is a populist political party in Estonia. It was founded in 1991 as a direct successor of the Popular Front of Estonia, and it is currently led by Jüri Ratas. Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences (EUAS, et, Eesti Ettevõtluskõrgkool Mainor, formerly known in English as Mainor Business School) is a private vocational university located in the Ülemiste City business park in Tallinn, Estonia. Founded in 1992, the university offers accredited Bachelor and Master-level degrees in Estonian, English, and Russian languages, covering such fields as business administration, finance and logistics, and software and game development.
