Martin Hiden
Martin Hiden (born 11 March 1973 in Stainz) is a former Austrian football player, who is currently assistant coach at FC Pasching. Club career He played for clubs such as Sturm Graz, SV Salzburg (where he claimed his first league title), Rapid Wien, Leeds United (England) and Austria Wien. Joining Leeds United in 1998, he was the first-ever Austrian outfield player (goalkeeper Alex Manninger joined Arsenal in 1997) to play in the Premier League. From 2003 he returned to Rapid Wien, winning the Austrian championship once more in 2005. The 2008 UEFA European Football Championship, commonly referred to as UEFA Euro 2008 or simply Euro 2008, was the 13th UEFA European Championship, a quadrennial football tournament contested by the member nations of UEFA (the Union of European Football Associations). The 1998 FIFA World Cup was the 16th FIFA World Cup, the football world championship for men's national teams. The finals tournament was held in France from 10 June to 12 July 1998. Martin Stranzl (born 16 June 1980) is an Austrian professional football coach and a former player who played as a defender. Club career Born in Güssing, Stranzl played for SV Güssing as a youth. In 1997, he earned a transfer to TSV 1860 Munich, where he completed his youth training and debuted as a Bundesliga professional. In 2004, following TSV's relegation, the defender joined first-division team VfB Stuttgart, where he remained a cornerstone. In March 2006, Stranzl signed for Russian Premier League side Spartak Moscow. With Spartak Moscow, he finished three times as runner-up in the Russian Premier League. Andreas Ivanschitz ( hr, Ivančić; born 15 October 1983) is an Austrian retired footballer who played as an attacking midfielder. During the career, Ivanschitz played for Rapid Wien, Red Bull Salzburg, Panathinaikos, 1.FSV Mainz 05, Levante, Seattle Sounders FC and Viktoria Plzen. Steffen Hofmann (born 9 September 1980) is a German football coach and a former player, who played most of his career for SK Rapid Wien of the Austrian Bundesliga. He played as an attacking midfielder. He works as a sports coordinator for Rapid Wien. Helge Payer (born 9 August 1979) is an Austrian former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He played for the Austria national team. Club career Payer came through the youth ranks at Rapid Wien to make his professional debut in the 2001–02 season, taking over the first-choice spot from Czech veteran Ladislav Maier.
