Marsi Paribatra
Marsi Sukhumbhand Paribatra ( th, มารศีสุขุมพันธุ์ บริพัตร; ; 25 August 1930 – 9 July 2013) was the only daughter of Prince Chumbhotbongs Paribatra, Chumbhot Paripatra, Prince of Nakhon Sawan. She was also an artist. Her style was Mom Chao, Mom Chao Ying (HSH). Early life and career Princess Marsi Paribatra was born in Bangkok, Thailand, but spent much of her childhood abroad in Java, Indonesia and England, United Kingdom, as her father left Thailand in the wake of the Siamese revolution of 1932, Siamese Revolution of 1932. After World War II, she completed her education in Switzerland, France and Spain and was the first female pupil at Aiglon College. In 1954, she was awarded a doctorate (Docteur ès lettres) at the University of Paris for her thesis ''Le romantisme contemporain''. Chakri Dynasty
The Chakri dynasty ( th, ราชวงศ์ จักรี, , , ) is the current reigning dynasty of the Kingdom of Thailand, the head of the house is the king, who is head of state. The family has ruled Thailand since the founding of the Rattanakosin Era and the city of Bangkok in 1782; following the end of Taksin Thonburi's reign, when the capital of Siam shifted to Bangkok. The royal house was founded by Rama I, an Ayutthaya military leader of Sino- Mon descent. Prior to his accession to the throne, Rama I held for years the title Chakri, the civil chancellor.
