Maroo Entertainment () is a South Korean entertainment company established in 2010. The company operates as a talent agency, music production and distribution company, and film/drama production company. The company currently manages singer and actor Park Ji-hoon, idol group such as Teen Teen, and Ghost9. History Maroo Entertainment was firstly active as a Mnet Media music label in 2007, debuting boy group Supernova. In July 2010, Maroo Entertainment officially registered as a legal independent company. In 2012, former SeeYa member Kim Yeon-ji joined Maroo as a soloist. LPG (South Korean Band)
LPG (; an acronym for "Lovely Pretty Girls") was a South Korean girl group that debuted in 2005 under Chan2 Productions, inspired by the success of "semi-trot" singer Jang Yoon Jung. Their name showcases the fact that several of this group were pageant participants, with two of them having made it into the Miss Korea pageant. The group disbanded in 2016. History Debut Their first album, ''Long Pretty Girls'', was released in fall of 2005. Although most of the record consists of dance tracks, their first (and only) single from the album was called "캉캉 (Can Can)" a song performed in the " Can-can style". The novelty of the song brought them a lot of attention from the press, but neither the song nor the album were commercially popular. Supernova (; stylized as SUPERNOVA) is a South Korean boy band formed under Mnet Media in 2006. Their most well-known lineup featured Jung Yunhak, Kim Sungje, Kim Kwangsoo, Yoon Sungmo, Song Jihyuk and Park Geonil. The six members specialized in the areas of singing, dance, acting, rap and pop. ''Produce X 101'' () is a 2019 South Korean boy group survival reality show on Mnet and the fourth season of the ''Produce 101'' franchise. The public, referred to as "national producers", "produces" a boy band by choosing 11 members among the 101 trainees from 47 different entertainment companies and independent trainees through online voting and live voting with multiple elimination rounds. The public will also choose the group's concept, debut song, and group name. The show aired from May 3 to July 19, 2019. The group from this show was named X1, but after extensive voting manipulation was proven, the group was disbanded on January 6, 2020. Norazo
Norazo (hangul: 노라조) is a musical male duo from South Korea, known for their eccentric stages and comical lyrics. The two original members were Jo Bin and Lee Hyuk. They were also participants in the musical variety show, ''Immortal Songs''. The duo debuted in 2005. After Lee Hyuk's departure from the group vocalist Won Heum joined as the new member. History Jo Bin and Lee Hyuk met accidentally as they started to use the same practice room. Jo cited Lee's good physique and singing skills that first caught his attention. Jo decided to trick Lee into joining him by telling him they were to sing ballads. Later they decided to do music different from the usual K-pop sound. Lee Hyuk left the duo in February 2017. Euna Kim (; born October 27, 1994), is a Korean American retired singer and rapper, previously based in South Korea. She appeared as a contestant on the South Korean survival reality shows ''Superstar K 3'' (2011), ''Unpretty Rapstar 3'' (2016), and ''The Unit'' (2017).
