Markéta Jeřábková
Markéta Jeřábková (born 8 February 1996) is a Czech handballer for Vipers Kristiansand and the Czech national team. Her brother is Czech international and Stanley Cup winner hockey player Jakub Jeřábek. She participated at the 2018 European Women's Handball Championship. Plzeň (; German and English: Pilsen, in German ) is a city in the Czech Republic. About west of Prague in western Bohemia, it is the Statutory city (Czech Republic), fourth most populous city in the Czech Republic with about 169,000 inhabitants. EHF Women's Champions League
The Women's EHF Champions League is the competition for the top women's handball clubs in Europe, organised annually by the European Handball Federation (EHF). It is the most prestigious tournament for clubs, with the champions of Europe's top national leagues participating. Tournament structure Each year, the EHF publishes a ranking list of its member federations. The first 27 nations are allowed to participate in the tournament with their national champion. REMA 1000-ligaen is the premier women's professional handball league for Norwegian handball clubs. It is administered by the Norwegian Handball Federation, and the winners are recognized as Norwegian champions. It was established in 1968, and it is currently contested by thirteen teams. Larvik HK, which has dominated the competition in recent years, is the championship's most successful team with eighteen titles, followed by IL Vestar and Byåsen IL with nine and five respectively. 2021–22 Women's EHF Champions League
The 2021–22 Women's EHF Champions League was the 29th edition of Europe's premier club handball tournament, running from 11 September 2021 to 5 June 2022. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, each local health department allowed a different number of spectators. Vipers Kristiansand defended their title after a finals win over Győri Audi ETO KC. Format The competition began with a group stage featuring 16 teams divided in two groups. Matches were played in a double round-robin system with home-and-away fixtures.
