Markus Beyer
Markus Beyer (28 April 1971 – 3 December 2018) was a German professional boxer who won the WBC super middleweight title. As an amateur he represented Germany at the 1992 and 1996 Olympics in the light middleweight division. He also won a bronze medal at the 1995 World Amateur Boxing Championships and silver at the 1996 European Amateur Boxing Championships. Danny Green (boxer)
Daniel Thomas Green (born 9 March 1973) is a former Australian professional boxer. He held the WBA light-heavyweight title from 2007 to 2008, the IBO cruiserweight title twice between 2009 and 2013, and the WBC interim super-middleweight title from 2003 to 2005. Amateur career and the Olympics As a teenager Green had tried martial arts and kickboxing, and had his first amateur boxing bout aged 20. Glenn Catley (born 15 March 1972) is a British retired professional boxer and former WBC super-middleweight World Champion. Biography Catley was born in Frampton Cotterell, south Gloucestershire, England. Known as "Catman", he turned pro in 1993 as a Middleweight and Won 21 of his first 22 fights (including a victory over Kirkland Laing), and won the WBC International Middleweight Title against George Bocco. However, he then surprisingly lost this title to Hungarian Andras Galfi by TKO. Richie Woodhall (born 17 April 1968) is a British former professional boxer who competed from 1990 to 2000. He held the WBC super-middleweight title from 1998 to 1999, as well as the Commonwealth middleweight title from 1992 to 1995, and the European middleweight title from 1995 to 1996. Mario Veit (born 22 December 1973) is a German former professional boxer. He is a former European Boxing Union, European super middleweight champion and multiple time world title challenger. Professional career Veit went undefeated in his first 30 fights, until losing to Joe Calzaghe via first-round knockout#Technical knockout, stoppage in 2001, in a bid for the World Boxing Organization, WBO super middleweight title. A fifteen-fight win streak followed, during which Veit won the European super middleweight title in 2003. Veit was granted a second chance at Calzaghe and his title in 2005, but was again stopped in six rounds. In 2006, Veit became the first to defeat Jürgen Brähmer.
