Marko Ždero
Marko Ždero ( sr-cyr, Марко Ждеро; born 14 March 1985) is a Serbian former professional basketball player. 3x3 basketball career Ždero started to play at the FIBA 3x3 World Tour in August 2012 with his childhood friends and current teammates Dušan Domović Bulut and Marko Savić. He plays for United Arab Emirates based team Novi Sad Al-Wahda. Serbia national team Ždero represents Serbia in the 3x3 basketball. He won three gold medals at the FIBA 3x3 World Championships (2012 in Greece, 2016 in China and 2017 in France) and silver medal at the 2014 tournament in Russia. Basketball career Ždero plays for the Srbobran based team Akademik in the North Division of the Serbian First League (3rd tier). The 2015 FIBA 3x3 World Tour is the 4th season of the FIBA 3x3 World Tour, the highest professional 3x3 (basketball), 3x3 basketball competition in the World. The tournament is organized by International Basketball Federation, FIBA. The final tournament of the 2015 FIBA 3x3 World Tour was held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on 15–16 October 2015. The best two teams from each Masters tournament were qualified to participate in the World Tour finals with the champions qualifying for a berth at the 2015 FIBA 3x3 All Stars, to be held in Doha, Qatar on 11 December 2015. 2014 FIBA 3x3 World Tour
The 2014 FIBA 3x3 World Tour was an international 3x3 (basketball), 3x3 basketball between 3x3 basketball teams. The tournament is organized by International Basketball Federation, FIBA. The Grand Final of the 2014 FIBA 3x3 World Tour was held in Sendai, Japan on 11–12 October. The winners of an event organised in Japan, the winners of the Beijing Masters and the best two teams from the other Masters fought for two days for the pride to represent their city, the 20,000 USD winners' cheque and a chance to be crowned FIBA 3x3 World Tour Champions. A win at the FIBA 3x3 World Tour Final also means a guaranteed spot at the 2014 FIBA 3x3 All-Stars, held in Doha, Qatar on 12 December and whose prize money and appearance fee reached a grand total of 120,000 USD.
