Marko Levishyn
Marko Levishyn (born 31 August 2000) is an international Motorcycle speedway, speedway rider from the Ukraine. Speedway career Levishyn came to prominence when he reached the finals of the 2019 Individual Speedway Junior European Championship and the 2020 Individual Speedway Junior European Championship. From 2019 to 2022 he was selected by the Ukraine national speedway team for the Speedway of Nations (speedway's World Cup). During 2022 he rode for Wilki Krosno in the Ekstraliga (speedway), Ekstraliga. In 2023, he was selected as one of the reserves for the 2023 Speedway Grand Prix. References

Wilki Krosno (''Wolves Krosno'') is a Polish motorcycle speedway team based in Krosno. The club operates under the name of ''Cellfast Wilki Krosno''. The team currently competes in the Ekstraliga (the highest division). Motorcycle speedway, usually referred to simply as speedway, is a motorcycle sport involving four and sometimes up to six riders competing over four anti-clockwise laps of an oval circuit. The motorcycles are specialist machines that use only one gear and have no brakes. Racing takes place on a flat oval track usually consisting of dirt, loosely packed shale, or crushed rock (mostly used in Australia and New Zealand). The Speedway of Nations is a speedway event for national teams, held each year in a different country. The first edition of the competition in the current format took place in 2018, replacing the Speedway World Cup on the international calendar. It was the first time an official FIM international pairs competition was staged since the World Pairs Championship ceased in 1993. Australia are the current champions after winning in 2022. Format Each meeting is staged between seven national teams, with each national team represented by two riders. 2023 Speedway Grand Prix
The 2023 Speedway Grand Prix season was the 29th season of the Speedway Grand Prix era, and decided the 78th FIM Speedway World Championship. It was the second series promoted by Discovery Sports Events. Bartosz Zmarzlik was the defending champion, having won the 2022 title. Zmarzlik successfully retained the title, winning a fourth championship, despite being disqualified from round nine in Denmark. He beat Fredrik Lindgren by eight points, with Martin Vaculík securing the bronze medal. During the championships, Zmarzlik secured four Grand Prix wins after the Latvian Grand Prix, which equalled the 22 career Grand Prix wins of fellow Pole Tomasz Gollob.
