Armas Clifford "Mike" Markkula Jr. (; born February 11, 1942) is an American electrical engineer, businessman and investor. He was the original angel investor, first chairman, and second CEO for Apple Computer, Inc., providing critical early funding and managerial support. At the company's founding, Markkula owned 26% of Apple, equivalent to each of the shares owned by cofounders Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. Early life Markkula's great-grandfather, Isak Ferdinand Markkula, was born in Sievi, Finland. He and his wife moved to the United States in either 1865 or 1883, depending on the source. Mikko Markkula (born 3 January 1981) is a Finnish people, Finnish rally (sports), rally co-driver. Rally career Mikko Markkula began his Rallying, rally career in 2001, co-driver, co-driving for several drivers in the World Rally Championship. From 2007 World Rally Championship, 2007 to 2011 World Rally Championship, 2011, he was the co-driver of Juho Hänninen. In 2013 World Rally Championship, 2013, Markkula started to co-drive for Andreas Mikkelsen in a third Volkswagen Polo R WRC. The crew achieved their first WRC podium in the 2014 Rally Sweden. However, they ended their partnership three rounds later after 2014 Rally Argentina, Argentina, where they finished fourth overall. Niko Markkula (born 27 June 1990) is a Finnish football player who currently plays for Gilla FC. Career Club Markkula came up through the youth system at JJK. In November 2012, Markkula entered talks with Swedish club Eskilstuna City. In January 2013, Markkula completed his move to the club. He made his competitive debut for Eskilstuna City on 14 April 2013 in a 7–0 away defeat to IK Sirius, playing all ninety minutes of the match. After seven months in Sweden, Markkula moved back to JJK. In January 2014, Markkula moved to Ykkönen side FC Haka, joining on a one-year contract with an option for a second. He made his competitive debut for the club on 17 April 2014 in a 4–1 away victory over Atlantis FC in the Finnish Cup.
