Market Square Records
Market Square Records was a music promotion and record label company, which operated between 1999 and 2020 based in Buckingham, England. It released the back catalogues of British folk artists and expanded into other genres such as rock, blues and jazz, the latter on its Dusk Fire Records label, which it launched in 2004. Ollie Halsall
Peter John "Ollie" Halsall (14 March 1949 – 29 May 1992) was an English guitarist best known for his role in the Rutles, the bands Timebox, Patto and Boxer, and for his contribution to the music of Kevin Ayers. He is also notable as one of the few players of the vibraphone in rock music. He was known by his childhood nickname 'Olly' or 'Ollie' which was simply a corruption of his surname. The Ollie Halsall Archive was established in 1998, with the aim of documenting and promoting his work. Career Halsall began his musical career in 1964 playing drums with various local bands such as Pete and the Pawnees, the Gunslingers, the Music Students and Rhythm and Blues Incorporated. Norma Ann Winstone MBE (born 23 September 1941) is an English jazz singer and lyricist. With a career spanning more than 50 years, she is best known for her wordless improvisations. Peter Lawrence Ulrich (born 29 August 1958 in Perivale, England) is a multi-instrumentalist songwriter, recording artist and author. Biography He was educated at Vaughan School in West Harrow, Cannon Lane School in Pinner, the John Lyon School in Harrow, and Hatfield Polytechnic, from which he graduated in humanities in 1979. Pierre Tubbs
Pierre Tubbs (born Pierre Richard Roman Tubbs, 1942) is a British songwriter, record producer and album sleeve designer. One of his biggest successes is "Right Back Where We Started From", which he co-wrote with J. Vincent Edwards. The song was recorded by Maxine Nightingale and used in the movie ''Slap Shot''. He also co-wrote, with J.J. Jackson, "But It's Alright", which was a hit for Jackson when originally released in 1966, and also when re-released in 1969. Steve Tilston
Steve Tilston (born 26 March 1950) is an English folk singer-songwriter and guitarist. Early life Steve Tilston was born in Liverpool and brought up in Leicestershire. A graphic designer before taking up music in 1971, Tilston lived in Bristol where he recorded his first album, ''An Acoustic Confusion''. In the early 1980s, he ran a folk club with Bert Jansch in New Kings Road, London. Tilston recorded a rock album in 1982 called ''In for a Penny – In for a Pound'', but soon reverted to quieter music. In 1985, Tilston played guitar and mandolin with the on-stage band for "''Sergeant Early's Dream''" while on tour with Ballet Rambert, and again when the ballet toured England in 2000–2001. Howard Riley (musician)
John Howard Riley (born 16 February 1943) is an English pianist and composer, who worked in jazz and experimental music idioms. Riley was born in Huddersfield, Yorkshire, England. He began learning the piano at the age of six, and began playing jazz as early as the age of 13. He studied at the University of Wales (1961–66), Indiana University in America under David Baker (1966–67), and then at York University (1967–70). Alongside his studies he played jazz professionally, with Evan Parker (1966) and then with his own trio (1967–76), with Barry Guy on bass and Alan Jackson, Jon Hiseman, and Tony Oxley for periods on drums. Additionally he worked with John McLaughlin (1968), the London Jazz Composers Orchestra (1970-1980s), and with Oxley's ensemble (1972–81). Nirvana (UK Band)

New Jazz Orchestra
The New Jazz Orchestra (NJO) was a British jazz big band that was active from 1963 to 1970. Neil Ardley recorded several more albums with many of the NJO's members, which were released under his own name. Eleanor McEvoy
Eleanor McEvoy (born 22 January 1967) is an Irish singer-songwriter. She composed the song "Only a Woman's Heart", title track of '' A Woman's Heart'', the best-selling Irish album in Irish history. Early life and beginnings McEvoy's life as a musician began at the age of four when she began playing piano. At the age of eight she took up violin. Upon finishing school she attended Trinity College Dublin where she studied music by day and worked in pit orchestras and music clubs by night.
