Mark Stevens (born Richard William Stevens; December 13, 1916 – September 15, 1994) was an American actor, who appeared in films, and on television. He was one of four who played the lead role in the television series ''Martin Kane, Private Eye''; he appeared in 1953–54. Early life Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Stevens first studied to become a painter before becoming active in theater work. He then launched a radio career as an announcer in Akron, Ohio. Mark Stevens (born 25 October 1975) is a former Australian rules footballer in the Australian Football League. Stevens debuted at the North Melbourne Football Club in 1995 and his preferred position was centre half-forward. Stevens struggled with the pace of AFL football in his early years at the Kangaroos. That, combined with the fact that the Kangaroos had Wayne Carey, arguably one of the finest players of all time, at centre half-forward, meant that Stevens struggled to cement a place in the side. He was traded to the Adelaide Football Club at the end of 1997 (for Jason McCartney). Steven's first year at the Crows saw him play in a Premiership side, defeating his former teammates at North Melbourne at the MCG. Marc Stevens is a cryptology researcher most known for his work on cryptographic hash collisions and for the creation of the chosen-prefix hash collision tool HashClash as part of his master's degree thesis. He first gained international attention for his work with Alexander Sotirov, Jacob Appelbaum, Arjen Lenstra, David Molnar, Dag Arne Osvik, and Benne de Weger in creating a rogue SSL certificate which was presented in 2008 during the 25th annual Chaos Communication Congress warning of the dangers of using the MD5 hash function in issuing SSL certificates. Several years later in 2012, according to Microsoft, the authors of the Flame malware used similar methodology to that which the researchers warned of by initiating an MD5 collision to forge a Windows code-signing certificate.
