Mark Shivas
Mark Shivas (24 April 1938 – 11 October 2008) was a British television producer, film producer and executive. Shivas was born in Banstead in Surrey. His father was an English teacher; his mother was a librarian. He attended Whitgift School in Croydon and read law at Merton College, Oxford. Shivas wrote for the student magazine ''Oxford Opinions''. Charles Denton (born 20 December 1937) is a British film and television producer and executive. Early career He first worked for the BBC as a documentary filmmaker for five years from 1963, before he left the corporation to go freelance. Jonathan Leslie Powell (born 25 April 1947 in Sittingbourne, Kent) is an English former television producer and executive. His senior positions in television included serving as the Head of BBC Drama Series and Serials and Controller of BBC1. He later became a professor and head of department of Media Arts at Royal Holloway, University of London.
