Mark Mowers
Mark C. Mowers (born February 16, 1974) is a former professional ice hockey forward and current pro scout for the Minnesota Wild. He had previously played in the National Hockey League with the Nashville Predators, Detroit Red Wings, Boston Bruins, and Anaheim Ducks. Playing career Undrafted, Mowers played collegiate hockey at the University of New Hampshire. Mowers played for the Whitesboro Warriors high school hockey team in Whitestown, New York, graduating from Whitesboro High School. After his senior year, in which he was named to the East First All-American Team, Mowers was signed as a free agent by the Nashville Predators on August 1, 1998. Mowers made his NHL debut in the 1998–99 season, his first pro season, with the Predators. Mowers played in 30 games with the Preds and split the season with their affiliate, the Milwaukee Admirals. Nashville Predators
The Nashville Predators (commonly referred to as the Preds) are a professional ice hockey team based in Nashville, Tennessee. They compete in the National Hockey League (NHL) as a member of the Central Division in the Western Conference, and have played their home games at Bridgestone Arena since 1998. The Milwaukee Admirals are a professional ice hockey team in the American Hockey League (AHL). They play in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States, at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee Panther Arena. They are affiliated with the NHL's Nashville Predators. The team has been playing since 1970, originally as an amateur team called the Milwaukee Wings, but were renamed as the Admirals after their first season. Brett Skinner
Thomas Brett Skinner (born June 28, 1983) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey defenceman and current head coach of the Fargo Force of the United States Hockey League (USHL). He spent one season as the head coach of the Minnesota Wilderness of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) after serving five seasons as an assistant coach with the Sioux Falls Stampede of the USHL. Dave Lewis (ice Hockey)
David Rodney Lewis (born July 3, 1953) is a Canadian former National Hockey League (NHL) defenceman and coach. He was most recently an assistant coach of the Carolina Hurricanes of the NHL. He has both Canadian and U.S. citizenship. Playing career Lewis began his playing career with the Saskatoon Blades of the Western Canada Hockey League. He was drafted by the New York Islanders in the 1973 NHL Entry Draft, third round, thirty-third overall. He played sixteen seasons with the New York Islanders, Los Angeles Kings, New Jersey Devils, and Detroit Red Wings, scoring 36 goals and 224 points in 1,008 games. The 2005–06 NHL season was the 89th season of operation (88th season of play) of the National Hockey League (NHL). This season succeeded the 2004–05 season which had all of its scheduled games canceled due to a labor dispute with the National Hockey League Players' Association (NHLPA) over the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between the League and its players. Swedish Hockey League
The Swedish Hockey League (officially SHL; sv, Svenska Hockeyligan) is a professional ice hockey league, and the highest division in the Swedish ice hockey system. The league currently consists of 14 teams. The league was founded in 1975, and while Swedish ice hockey champions have been crowned through various formats since 1922, the title and the Le Mat Trophy have been awarded to the winner of the SHL playoffs since the league's inaugural 1975–76 season.
