Mark Frohnmayer
Mark Frohnmayer is a software and electric vehicle entrepreneur. He was the lead programmer of '' Starsiege: Tribes'' and ''Tribes 2'' at Dynamix before leaving to co-found GarageGames, where he helped architect the Torque Game Engine and led the development of Zap! The Game, Marble Blast Gold and Marble Blast Ultra. He has since started Arcimoto based in Eugene, Oregon, which designs and sells a three-wheeled electric vehicle. Frohnmayer has also engaged in public policy: he served from 2011-2014 on the Oregon Transportation Commission. He also launched the Unified Primary effort to reform Oregon's election system, which led to the establishment of the Equal Vote Coalition. The term tribe is used in many different contexts to refer to a category of human social group. The predominant worldwide usage of the term in English is in the discipline of anthropology. The Equal Vote Coalition
STAR voting is an electoral system for single-seat elections. Variations also exist for multi-winner and proportional representation elections. The name (an allusion to star ratings) stands for "Score then Automatic Runoff", referring to the fact that this system is a combination of score voting, to pick two finalists with the highest total scores, followed by a "virtual runoff" in which the finalist who is preferred on more ballots wins. It is a type of cardinal voting electoral system. Method In STAR, voters are given a score, or ratings ballot, on which each voter scores every candidate with a number from 0 to 5, with 0 representing "worst" and 5 representing "best." ''Marble Blast Ultra'' is a 3D puzzle action game involving a marble developed by GarageGames. It was released on January 25, 2006 for the Xbox 360 via Xbox Live Arcade. It is the sequel to ''Marble Blast Gold''. It features 60 levels, enhanced graphics, 2 new power-ups and a multiplayer mode.
