Mark Burchett
Mark Burchett (April 20, 1960 – July 12, 2014) was a Hollywood film director, screenwriter and film producer of horror movies. Early life Burchett was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was educated at Lakota High School in West Chester, Ohio and the University of Cincinnati's College Conservatory of Music with a BFA in Broadcasting and Film. During high school he was active at the school's radio station, WLHS, as well as the drama department, where he wrote and directed a student-run play in his senior year. While in college, he worked as a producer of public service shows at radio stations WKRC-AM and WKRQ-FM (Q102). Career In 1994, along with his wife, Denise Burchett, and Michael D. Fox, he formed production company B+ Productions. He directed the film '' Satanic Yuppies'' that was created with Michael D. ''Hammerhead: Shark Frenzy'', also known as ''Sharkman'' or simply ''Hammerhead'', is a 2005 Syfy original movie, written by Kenneth M. Badish and Boaz Davidson, and directed by Michael Oblowitz. Lakota High School (West Chester, Ohio)
Lakota High School was a high school in the Lakota School District in Butler County, Ohio; it encompasses both West Chester (formerly Union) Township and Liberty Township. The Thunderbird was the Lakota mascot, drawing on the Native American name, T-Birds being a common nickname. Much of the district was rural when originally established, especially the more northern Liberty Township, but became predominately suburban with population growth and the expansion of metropolitan Cincinnati, Ohio. The school was built in 1959. It eventually split into two high schools in 1997: Lakota East High School and Lakota West High School. Vamps is a Japanese rock duo formed in 2008 by Hyde (vocalist, rhythm guitarist, lyricist and composer) and K.A.Z (lead guitarist, backing vocalist and composer). Only a year after their founding, Vamps performed its first international tour, ten dates in the United States, and in 2010 they went on their first world tour. Originally signed to Hyde's own record label Vamprose, every release the band has had to date has reached the top ten on the Oricon music chart.
