Macedonian First League (basketball)
The Macedonian First League ( mk, Македонска прва лига, ''Makedonska prva liga'') is the top-tier basketball competition in the Republic of North Macedonia organized by the Basketball Federation of North Macedonia. Macedonian Republic League was transformed in to top division level Macedonian Basketball First League. After the transformation teams from the higher level federal Leagues (MZT and Rabotnički) joined the Macedonian First League. Teams Feniks 2010 and Angeli were promoted. KK Rabotnički ( mk, КК Работнички) is a basketball club based in Skopje, North Macedonia. They currently play in the Macedonian First League and ABA League Second Division. The club has won the Macedonian championship 15 times and the Macedonian Cup 10 times. Fans of KK Rabotnički are known as ''City Park Boys'' or simply The Boys , the reds or the mighty reds. KK Blokotehna
KK Blokotehna ( mk, КК Блокотехна) is a Macedonian basketball club that was based in Gevgelija, North Macedonia. Established in 2016, they played in the Macedonian First League. After winning the BIBL in its second season, the team was dissolved in 2019. History The club was founded in 2016, but it sent their players on loan to Radoviš in the Macedonian Second League. After Radoviš secured a place in the First League, with mutual agreement he transferred his place to Blokotehna. In the season 2017/2018 Blokotehna applied for participation in BIBL.
