Marius Vasilică Țincu (born 7 April 1978 in Vânători, Iași) Scrum.com is a Romanian former rugby union footballer. He played as a Hooker (rugby union), hooker. Since 2007, he has held dual France, French-Romanian citizenship. He was first noticed in Romania, but soon moved to France, where he already played for Rouen, La Teste, Section Paloise (until 2005). He played for USA Perpignan, from the 2005-06 Top 14. The Top 14 () is a professional rugby union club competition that is played in France. Created in 1892, the Top 14 is at the top of the national league system operated by the French National Rugby League, also known by its French initialism of LNR. There is promotion and relegation between the Top 14 and the next level down, the Rugby Pro D2. The fourteen best rugby teams in France participate in the competition, hence the name Top 14. Richard Andrew Robinson OBE (born 3 April 1964) is an English rugby union coach and retired player. He was the director of rugby at Bristol until November 2016. He is the former head coach of Scotland and England. From September 2019 to December 2022, he was the head coach of the Romania's national rugby team. Robinson played as an openside flanker for Bath, England and the British & Irish Lions. Thomas Lièvremont (born 6 November 1973) is a French rugby union footballer. Thomas Lièvremont was born in Perpignan. He currently coaches Dax in the second division of French rugby, Pro D2, but has agreed to join Top 14 side Bayonne as forwards coach for the 2010–11 season. His usual position was at number-eight. He was a part of the Biarritz team that won the 2005–06 Top 14, and runners-up of the 2005-06 Heineken Cup. He has also played for the France national team. 2001–02 European Nations Cup First Division
The 2001–02 European Nations Cup was the third edition of the newly reformed European championship. It was the first to be decided over two years. Since the format had changed at the end of 2001, Georgia were allowed to keep their 2001 title. The championship simply carried on from 2001 with the standings starting as they had finished and playing the reversed fixtures. Also new to the championship was the introduction of Promotion/Relegation between Division 1 and 2A. The Netherlands, after three consecutive bottom-placed finishes, were relegated.
