Marius Lazurcă
Marius Gabriel Lazurca (born March 15, 1971, Timișoara) is a Romanian diplomat. He was the Romanian Ambassador to Moldova. Biography Lazurca was born in 1971 in the city of Timișoara. He graduated from the University of Timișoara in 1996, where he received a diploma in French language and literature and Romanian language and literature. Lazurca has a PhD in history- anthropology from Paris-Sorbonne University and was ambassador to Holy See. On February 9, 2010, the Romanian Parliament approved Lazurca as new ambassador to Moldova. Filip Teodorescu
Filip Teodorescu (born December 26, 1951) is a Romanian diplomat. He was the Romanian Ambassador to Moldova (2003–2009). Biography Filip Teodorescu was appointed as the Romanian ambassador to Chişinău in March 2003 and arrived at post in April 2003. On April 8, 2009, President of Moldova Vladimir Voronin declared Romanian Ambassador Filip Teodorescu and Councilor-Minister, Ioan Gaborean, ''personae non gratae'', claiming that "their activity was inconsistent with their diplomatic status" after the 2009 Moldova civil unrest. But the new Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration (Moldova), Iurie Leancă, canceled this decision. Romanian Parliament
The Parliament of Romania ( ro, Parlamentul României) is the national bicameral legislature of Romania, consisting of the Chamber of Deputies ( ro, Camera Deputaților) and the Senate ( ro, Senat). It meets at the Palace of the Parliament in Bucharest, the capital of the country. Prior to the modification of the Constitution in 2003, the two houses had identical attributes. A text of a law had to be approved by both houses. If the text differed, a special commission ( ro, comisie de mediere) was formed by deputies and senators, that "negotiated" between the two houses the form of the future law. The report of this commission had to be approved in a joint session of the Parliament.
