Marius Octavian Dănilă (born 8 March 1987) is a Romanian rugby union player. He plays as a lock for professional SuperLiga club Știința Baia Mare. Club career Before joining Știința Baia Mare in 2006, Dănilă played as a youth for a local Romanian club based in Gura Humorului, namely CSȘ Gura Humorului. On 29 July 2006 he started his professional journey joining SuperLiga side, CSM Știința Baia Mare following the advice of Romanian international Mihai Macovei. 2010–12 European Nations Cup First Division
The 2010–12 European Nations Cup is the premier rugby union competition below the Six Nations Championship in Europe. The divisions play on a two-year cycle with the teams playing each other both home and away. From 2009 onward, the title is awarded according to a one-year ranking. Georgia won the 2011 title. The EPCR Challenge Cup is an annual rugby union competition organised by European Professional Club Rugby (EPCR). It is the second-tier competition for clubs based in European leagues behind the European Rugby Champions Cup. In the game of rugby union, there are 15 players on each team, comprising eight forwards (wearing jerseys numbered 1–8) and seven backs (numbered 9–15). In addition, there may be up to eight replacement players "on the bench", numbered 16–23.
