Mario García (footballer, Born 1967)
Mario Alberto García Covalles (born 1 June 1967) is a Mexican former footballer and football manager. He is the manager of Atlético Morelia in the Liga de Expansión MX. Club career García Covalles played as a midfielder for Atlante during his whole career, from 1989 to 1997. Managerial career García Covalles started his managerial career as an assistant to José Guadalupe Cruz during his coaching stay with the Atlante from 2004 to 2008. In August 2008 he became the head coach of Club León obtaining the first win of his professional career after beating C.D. Tapatío 3–1. Dorados de Sinaloa, or Dorados, is a Mexican professional football club based on Culiacán, Sinaloa, Mexico. History Dorados de Sinaloa was founded on August 9, 2003. 2021–22 Liga De Expansión MX Season
The 2021–22 Liga de Expansión MX season is the second professional season of the second-tier football division in Mexico. The season is divided into two championships—the Torneo Apertura and the Torneo Clausura—each in an identical format and each contested by the same seventeen teams. The Apertura tournament will begin in the summer of 2021. The Clausura tournament will begin in January 2022. José Guadalupe Cruz (footballer)
José Guadalupe Cruz Núñez (born Wednesday 22 November 1967 in Acopeo, Michoacán, Mexico) is a Mexican former professional footballer and manager. He coached Atlante during the 2009 FIFA Club World Cup in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Playing career As a player, Cruz was a member of the Atlante side that won the 1993 Mexican championship. Managerial career His close association with the club has continued into his coaching career.
