Marie Waldron

	Marie Waldron Marie Waldron (born March 28, 1960) is an American politician from California. Waldron is currently a member of the California State Assembly, and served as the Assembly minority leader from 2018 until 2022. Waldron is a Republican member of the California State Assembly and represents District 75, encompassing parts of inland northern San Diego and southwestern Riverside County, California, Riverside counties. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Administration and Communications from St. John's University (New York City), St. John's University. 	Valley Center, California Valley Center is a census-designated place (CDP) in northern San Diego County, California. The population was 9,277 at the 2010 census. History Valley Center was the site of the capture of the largest California Grizzly Bear in history. In 1866, a grizzly weighing 2,200 pounds was killed at the Lovette house, which has now been demolished. Although the town had been settled in 1845 and homesteaded in 1862 after President Lincoln signed the Homestead Act, it had no formal name until the famous 1866 bear incident. The notoriety surrounding the event gave Valley Center its original name of Bear Valley.
