Marianne Jelved
Marianne Bruus Jelved (née ''Hirsbro'', born 5 September 1943 in Aarhus) is a Danish politician, who is a member of the Folketing for the Danish Social Liberal Party. She was elected into parliament in the 1994 Danish general election and had previously sat in parliament from 1987 to 1993. She is a former Minister of Economic Affairs, Nordic Cooperation, Culture and Ecclesiastical Affairs. Background Jelved is educated as a teacher and has a Master's degree in education from the Danish School of Education. She worked as a primary school teacher for 22 years. Political career Jelved was in the municipal council of Gundsø Municipality from 1982 to 1989. Manu Sareen
Manu Sareen (born 16 May 1968 in India) is the former Minister for Equality and former Church and Nordic Cooperation, in the Cabinet of Helle Thorning-Schmidt and former and member of the Copenhagen City Council, elected for the Danish Social Liberal Party. Life Sareen was raised on Amager, where the family moved to from India in 1970. He is a trained social worker and mediator, he has since 1997 been employed by the Hour Liaison/Ethnic consultant team, and has since 1999 been affiliated with the City of Copenhagen as ethnic consultant. Bertel Geismar Haarder (born 7 September 1944, in Rønshoved, near Aabenraa) is a Danish writer, teacher and politician, who was a member of the Folketing for the Venstre political party. He has served as minister several times, including Minister of Education from 1982 to 1993 and again in 2005 to 2010, and most recently as Minister for Culture and Ecclesiastical Affairs from 2015 to 2016 in the L. The Minister for Culture of Denmark ( da, Kulturminister) is the Danish political minister office responsible for culture, head of the Ministry of Culture of Denmark. Uffe Elbæk
Uffe Elbæk (born 15 June 1954) is a Danish politician, social worker, author, journalist, entrepreneur. In 2013 he founded the green political party The Alternative, which he led until February 2020. He is an independent member of the Folketing. From 3 October 2011 to December 2012, he served as the Danish Minister of Culture. He was originally a member of the Danish Social Liberal Party, but left in September 2013 to launch The Alternative with Josephine Fock. Elbæk announced on 16 December 2019 that he would stand down as political leader of The Alternative on 1 February 2020. Flemming Kofod-Svendsen
Flemming Kofod-Svendsen (born 21 March 1944 in Aakirkeby) is an ordained minister in the Lutheran Church of Denmark (parish priest in Birkerød 1976-2011) and a Danish politician representing the Christian People's Party. Biography Kofod-Svendsen was party leader from 1979 till 1990, when he was succeeded by Jann Sjursen. He was a member of parliament from 1984 till 1993 and from 1998 till 2001. The cabinet of Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt was the cabinet government of Denmark from 3 October 2011 to 3 February 2014. It was a coalition between the Social Democrats, the Danish Social Liberal Party and the Socialist People's Party.
