Maria Moloney (born 29 March 1995) is an Australian rules footballer playing for Port Adelaide in the AFL Women's competition (AFLW). She was playing for University of Queensland in the AFL Queensland Women's League when she was drafted by Brisbane with the 75th pick in the 2019 AFL Women's draft. Moloney made her debut for Brisbane in their round 1 game against Adelaide at Hickey Park on 8 February 2020. The University of Queensland Australian Football Club (UQAFC) is an amateur Australian rules football club playing in thQFADivision 1, Division 4 anQAFLWLeague competitions, overseen by AFL Queensland. Virginia Moloney (born 6 May 1990) is an Australian long-distance runner. In 2016, she won the women's race at the Melbourne Marathon. A year earlier she finished in 4th place in this event. In 2017, she competed in the senior women's race at the 2017 IAAF World Cross Country Championships held in Kampala, Uganda. She finished in 79th place. In 2018, she competed in the women's marathon at the 2018 Commonwealth Games held in Gold Coast, Australia. She finished in 16th place.
