Until January 1, 2007 Ledøje-Smørum was a municipality (Danish, '' kommune'') in Copenhagen County on Zealand (''Sjælland'') island in eastern Denmark, then merged into Egedal. It is the highest football league in Denmark and is currently contested by 12 teams each year, with two teams relegated.
