Marcos Abad Peidro (born 12 September 1985) is a Spanish goalkeeper coach who works as first team goalkeeper coach at English club West Bromwich Albion, after previously holding the role of first team goalkeeper coach at Leeds United and former La Liga side Elche CF. Career After graduating the University Of Alicante with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Activity and Sports degree he started his goalkeeping coach career in 2009 when he joined Spanish side CD Alcoyano where they made the playoffs to earn promotion from the second division with Paco López coach. In 2010, Abad joined Elche CF, where he worked with goalkeepers like Przemysław Tytoń, Willy Caballero, Toño, Juan Carlos Sánchez, Juan Carlos Martín. Alcoy ( ca-valencia, Alcoi) is an industrial and university city, region and municipality located in the Valencian Community, Spain. The Serpis river crosses the municipal boundary of Alcoy. Aitor Karanka de la Hoz (Basque and ; born 18 September 1973) is a Spanish football manager and former player who was most recently the head coach of Segunda División club Granada. Save for a brief spell in the United States at age 32, Karanka played solely in Spain for Athletic Bilbao and Real Madrid, appearing in 275 La Liga matches over 13 seasons and winning six honours with the latter.
