Marco Pérez (Liechtenstein Footballer)
Marco Pérez Sancho (born 21 March 1978) is a former international footballer from Liechtenstein who last played as a midfielder for ASK-BSC Bruck/Leitha. Club career Perez played his youth football with FC Triesen and moved to FC Vaduz in 1993. He advanced to their first team, in the third tier of Swiss football, in the 1996–97 season. Perez joined FC Basel's first team for their 1997–98 season under head coach Jörg Berger. After playing in two test games Perez played his domestic league debut for his new club in the home game in the St. Jakob Stadium on 15 August 1997 as Basel won 2–1 against Aarau. He scored his first goal for his club on 21 March 1998 in the home game against Xamax, but he could not help the team, because Basel were defeated 3–6. In Basel's 1999–2000 season Perez did not come to much playing time, so in the winter break he was loaned out to SR Delémont, who at that time were in the Nationalliga A/B Playoff-round against relegation. Grabs is a municipality in the ''Wahlkreis'' (constituency) of Werdenberg in the canton of St. Gallen in Switzerland. History Grabs is first mentioned in 841 as ''Quaravedes''. In 979 it was mentioned as ''Quadravedes'', then in 1235 as ''Grabdis'' and in 1253 as ''Graps''. Geography Grabs has an area, , of . Of this area, 50% is used for agricultural purposes, while 32.2% is forested. Jörg Berger
Jörg Berger (13 October 1944 – 23 June 2010) was a German football manager and player, who last managed Arminia Bielefeld. Career As an active he played for 1.FC Lok Leipzig. Coaching career In 1970, Berger was forced to retire due to a muscle injury and started his managing career after the studying at the DHfK Leipzig. Berger was a reputable manager in East Germany who was planned to manage the national team as successor of longtime manager Georg Buschner some day. Berger managed the youth team of the GDR. In 1979, he used a match in Yugoslavia to flee to West Germany. He signed with Second Bundesliga side SV Darmstadt 98. As a GDR refugee he suffered many threats by the East German secret police Stasi. He survived being poisoned whilst managing KSV Hessen Kassel in the mid-1980s. Liechtenstein Football Cup
The Liechtenstein Football Cup is Liechtenstein's premier football competition, and has been organised annually by the Liechtenstein Football Association (LFV) since 1946. The winner qualifies to take part in the UEFA Europa Conference League. As there is no national league in Liechtenstein, the Liechtenstein Football Cup is the only national football competition in the country. The country has only seven clubs, all of which historically have already established themselves in the Swiss league competitions.
