Marco Hösli
Marco Hösli (born 15 May 2000) is a Swiss curler from Ennenda. He is a two-time World Junior silver medallist. Career Juniors Hösli skipped Team Switzerland, which also included Philipp Hösli, Marco Hefti and Jannis Spiess at the 2019 World Junior Curling Championships. There, he led Switzerland to a 6–3 round robin record. This put them into the playoffs, where they had to play the undefeated Scotland team, skipped by Ross Whyte in the semifinal. Switzerland upset the Scots, putting them into the final against Canada, skipped by Tyler Tardi. Canada beat Switzerland, forcing Hösli and his rink to settle for silver. The next season, Hösli played for Team Switzerland at the 2020 World Junior Curling Championships, starting the event as the alternate on the team, which was originally skipped by Yves Wagenseil. 2023 Tour Challenge
The 2023 HearingLife Tour Challenge was held from October 17 to 22 at the Gale Centre in Niagara Falls, Ontario. It was the first Grand Slam event of the 2022–23 curling season. Qualification The Tour Challenge consists of two tiers of 16 teams. For Tier 1, the top 16 ranked men's and women's teams on the World Curling Federation's world team rankings as of September 18, 2023 qualified. In the event that a team declines their invitation, the next-ranked team on the world team ranking is invited until the field is complete. For Tier 2, the next 16 teams on the WCF rankings as of September 18, 2023 were invited. The 2021 Winter Universiade, officially the XXX Winter Universiade, and commonly known as Lucerne 2021, was a multi-sport event for student and youth athletes that was scheduled to take place from 11 to 21 December 2021 in Lucerne, Switzerland, with preliminary competition in some events beginning 6 December 2021. The Adelboden International is an annual bonspiel, or curling tournament, held at the Arena Freizeit Und Sport Adelboden in Adelboden, Switzerland ). Swiss law does not designate a ''capital'' as such, but the federal parliament and government are installed in Bern, while other federal institutions, such as the federal courts, are in other cities (Bellinzona, Lausanne, Luzern, Neuchâtel ....
