Marco Dawson
Marco Dawson (born November 17, 1963) is an American professional golfer who now plays on the PGA Tour Champions, having previously played on the PGA Tour. He won the 2015 Senior Open Championship. Dawson was born on a United States military base in Freising, Germany. He attended Florida Southern College, graduating in 1985, when turned professional. Dawson has enjoyed a long career playing both the PGA and Web.com Tours. He played on the PGA Tour in 1991–1997, 2000–2001, 2003–2008 and 2012 and played on the Web.com Tour in 1990, 1999, 2002, 2009–11, and 2013. Dawson has won once on the Web.com Tour, a three stroke victory at the 2002 LaSalle Bank Open. His best finish on the PGA Tour is 2nd at the 1995 Greater Milwaukee Open, when he finished three strokes behind Scott Hoch. Darron Stiles
Darron Gary Stiles (born June 1, 1973) is an American professional golfer. Stiles was born in St. Petersburg, Florida. He was a three-time All-America at Florida Southern College and was a member of the 1995 NCAA Division II National Championship team. Stiles played on the Nationwide Tour in 1997, 1999–2002, 2004, and 2008 and the PGA Tour in 2003, 2005–07, and 2009. He gained his PGA Tour card for 2007 by finishing tied for 16th at Q-School in 2006 but failed to retain his card, and returned to the Nationwide Tour in 2008. He finished 7th on the Nationwide Tour money list in 2008 and earned his 2009 PGA Tour card. Senior Players Championship
The Senior Players Championship, stylised by the PGA Tour as The SENIOR PLAYERS Championship, is one of the five major championships on golf's PGA Tour Champions. The inaugural event was played in 1983 and the age minimum is 50, the standard for men's senior professional golf tournaments. The winner gains entry into the following season's Players Championship on the PGA Tour. For sponsorship reasons, from 2023, the tournament will be titled as the Kaulig Companies Championship. Unlike the U.S. Senior Open, the Senior PGA Championship, and the Senior Open Championship, it is not recognized as a major by the European Senior Tour, and is not part of that tour's schedule. The Senior PGA Championship, established in 1937, is the oldest of the five major championships in men's senior golf. It is administered by the Professional Golfers' Association of America and is recognized as a major championship by both PGA Tour Champions and the European Senior Tour. The Tradition
The Tradition (known as the Regions Tradition for sponsorship reasons) is an event on the PGA Tour Champions. First staged in 1989, the PGA Tour recognizes the event as one of the five senior major golf championships. Unlike the U.S. Senior Open, Senior PGA Championship and Senior Open Championship, it is not recognized as a major by the European Senior Tour, and is not part of that tour's official schedule. Masters Tournament
The Masters Tournament (usually referred to as simply The Masters, or the U.S. Masters outside North America) is one of the four major championships in professional golf. Scheduled for the first full week of April, the Masters is the first major of the year, and unlike the others, it is always held at the same location, Augusta National Golf Club, a private course in the city of Augusta, Georgia, in the southeastern United States. The PGA Championship (often referred to as the US PGA Championship or USPGA outside the United States) is an annual golf tournament conducted by the Professional Golfers' Association of America. It is one of the four men's major championships in professional golf. The Open Championship, often referred to as The Open or the British Open, is the oldest golf tournament in the world, and one of the most prestigious. Bernhard Langer (; born 27 August 1957) is a German professional golfer. He is a two-time Masters champion and was one of the world's leading golfers throughout the 1980s and 1990s. In 1986, he became the sport's first official number one ranked player following the creation of the OWGR. Langer is one of five golfers who have won professional golf events on all six continents where golf is played. Bart Bryant
Barton Holan Bryant (November 18, 1962 – May 31, 2022) was an American professional golfer who played on the PGA Tour and PGA Tour Champions. Early life Bryant was born in Gatesville, Texas, the son of a Baptist pastor. He attended New Mexico State University, where he was a two-time All-American as a member of the golf team. Professional career Bryant turned professional in 1986. Bryant did not win on the PGA Tour until his 187th start, the 2004 Valero Texas Open. Tucson Conquistadores Classic
The Cologuard Classic is a professional golf tournament on the PGA Tour Champions. It debuted in 2015 at the Catalina Course of Omni Tucson National, in Tucson, Arizona. The Tucson Open was a fixture on the PGA Tour for over six decades, from 1945 through 2006, and was often held at the Catalina Course, which opened in 1961. 2015 Champions Tour
The 2015 Champions Tour was the 36th season for the golf tour now known as PGA Tour Champions since it officially began in 1980 as the Senior PGA Tour. The season was to have had 26 official money events, including five majors, but the PGA Tour removed two September events during the season, reducing it to 24 events. Jeff Maggert won the most tournaments, four, including two majors, while Bernhard Langer led the money list, scoring average list and the Charles Schwab Cup. It also proved to be the final year for the tour under the "Champions Tour" name; the PGA Tour rebranded the circuit as "PGA Tour Champions" after this season.
