Club career Youth career Costantino began his youth career with SPAL 1907, and remained with the central Italian club's junior squad until July 2009, when he was transferred to Serie A side U.C. The Middle East Treaty Organization (METO), also known as the Baghdad Pact and subsequently known as the Central Treaty Organization (CENTO), was a military alliance of the Cold War.
