Marcin Gwóźdź
Marcin Piotr Gwóźdź (born December 14, 1977 in Ząbkowice Śląskie) is a Polish manager, engineer, and politician. From 2018 to 2019, he served as Deputy Marshal of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, and has been a member of the Sejm for the 9th and 10th terms. Biography Marcin Gwóźdź completed officer cadet school and graduated with an engineering degree in mechanics and machine construction from the Wrocław University of Science and Technology in 2000 and a master's degree in management and production engineering from the Poznań University of Technology in 2007. He also completed postgraduate studies in banking and finance at the Wrocław University of Economics. Additionally, he passed the exam to become a member of the supervisory boards of State Treasury companies and obtained restructuring advisor qualifications. Ząbkowice Śląskie ( ; ) is a town in Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of Ząbkowice Śląskie County and of a local municipality called Gmina Ząbkowice Śląskie. The town lies approximately south of the regional capital Wrocław. , it had a population of 15,004. History The town was established in Silesia as ''Frankenstein'' in the late 13th century by German settlers, during the reign of Henry IV Probus of the Piast dynasty, following the Mongol invasion of Poland. 2019 Polish Parliamentary Election
Parliamentary elections were held in Poland on 13 October 2019. All 460 members of the Sejm and 100 senators of the Senate of Poland, Senate were elected. The ruling right-wing Law and Justice (Poland), Law and Justice (PiS) won re-election to a second term retaining its majority in the Sejm.
