Marcelo Hugo Herrera (born October 5, 1966, in San Salvador de Jujuy), nicknamed '' Popeye'', is a retired Argentine football midfielder. He usually played on the right wing. He was part of Vélez Sársfield successful 1990s era, winning 2 domestic and 3 international championships with the club. He is currently the manager of Gimnasia Jujuy. Playing career Herrera started playing professionally for Salta's club Gimnasia y Tiro in 1992. He was bought by Vélez Sársfield in 1994 and was part of the first team in the club's history to obtain two championships in a row, the Apertura and Clausura of the 1995-96 season. He was Vélez top-scorer on that Clausura tournament, along Patricio Camps, with 7 goals each. His only playing experience outside Argentina was a 6-month period at MLS' Miami Fusion. Carlos Arcesio Bianchi (born 26 April 1949), nicknamed ''El Virrey'' (''The Viceroy''), is an Argentine former football player and manager. Hugo Tocalli
Hugo Daniel Tocalli (born 21 January 1948) is an Argentine former professional football player and coach. He played over 400 games as a goalkeeper, and went on to coach a number of clubs as well as the Argentina under-20 team. Playing career Tocalli started his playing career in 1970 with Deportivo Morón. In 1971, he joined Nueva Chicago where he played until 1974. In 1975, Tocalli started his first spell with Quilmes before moving to Argentinos Juniors in 1977 where he was a teammate of the young Diego Maradona. Tocalli returned to Quilmes in 1978 and was part of the team that won the Metropolitano championship in 1978. He stayed with the club until 1983. Patricio Alejandro Camps (born January 22, 1972 in Buenos Aires) is a former Argentine football player. He is of Ukrainian descent. Club career Camps joined Velez as a 14 years old in 1986, he made his breakthrough into the first team in 1991. He was part of four Argentine league championship campaigns and also won three international championships. Camps also played for Banfield and Quilmes in Argentina, PAOK Thessaloniki FC in Greece, Tecos UAG in Mexico and Olimpia of Paraguay.
