Marc Caro (born 2 April 1956) is a French filmmaker and cartoonist best known for his projects with Jean-Pierre Jeunet. Biography Marc Caro was born in Nantes, the native town of Jules Verne, who made a great impact on him, influenced his love for science fiction and his artistic style. Alien Resurrection
''Alien Resurrection'' is a 1997 American science fiction horror film, directed by Jean-Pierre Jeunet, written by Joss Whedon, and starring Sigourney Weaver and Winona Ryder. It is the fourth installment of the ''Alien'' franchise, and was filmed at the 20th Century Fox studios in Los Angeles, California. Set 200 years after the preceding installment, ''Alien 3'' (1992), Ellen Ripley is cloned, and an Alien queen is surgically removed from her body. The is a film festival established in 1985. The event was held biennially from 1985 to 1991 and annually thereafter. Along with the Shanghai International Film Festival, it is one of Asia's competitive film festivals, and is considered to be the largest film festival in Asia and the only Japanese festival accredited by the FIAPF.
