Marc André Meyers (b. 1946) is an American materials scientist, engineer and Distinguished Professor at the University of California, San Diego. Meyers studies and writes about the dynamic behavior of materials, synthesis, processing, impact testing, and characterization of new materials. American Physical Society
The American Physical Society (APS) is a not-for-profit membership organization of professionals in physics and related disciplines, comprising nearly fifty divisions, sections, and other units. Its mission is the advancement and diffusion of knowledge of physics.
