Marc-Marie Huijbregts
Marc-Marie Huijbregts (born 21 December 1964) is a Dutch comedian, actor and television presenter. He is known for his cabaret shows and as co-host of the television show ''De Wereld Draait Door''. He is also known as jury member in the Flemish quiz show ''De Slimste Mens ter Wereld''. Career Huijbregts appeared in various roles in the television series ''In de Vlaamsche pot'' (1990), ''We zijn weer thuis'' (1991 – 1994), ''Baantjer'' (1997) and ''Goede tijden, slechte tijden'' (1997). In 2000, he appeared as team captain in the satirical television show ''Dit was het nieuws''. Huijbregts won the 2005 edition of the popular television show ''Wie is de Mol?'' by correctly identifying Yvon Jaspers as the mole. From 2003 till 2010, he played the role of Sorrypiet in the ''Sinterklaasjournaal''. In 2006 and 2007, he played the role of Lukas Blijdtschap in the remake of '''t Schaep met de 5 pooten''. De Wereld Draait Door
''De Wereld Draait Door'' (; English: "The world keeps on turning") also known by the acronym DWDD was an early-evening talk show on Dutch television, broadcast every weekday at 7:00 p.m. on NPO 1. It is the Netherlands' longest-running, regularly scheduled TV entertainment show and is also the program with the second-highest viewing figures on Dutch television, beaten only by the main evening news at 8.00 p.m. The show, created by Dieuwke Wynia and produced by BNNVARA, was discontinued after the last episode on 27 March 2020. Content The chat, conducted at a large table, was hosted by Matthijs van Nieuwkerk and a rotating guest co-host. ''Samson & Gert'' is a Flemish children's television series produced by Eline van Noppen, centered on the talking dog Samson and his owner Gert. In its entire run, the show was originally aired on TV1 from Christmas Day 1989 until 1 December 1997, where it moved to Ketnet and continues airing all of its episodes to this day. History Originally Gert Verhulst was a continuity announcer. He wanted to make the announcements before children's television programmes more appealing by having an animal puppet next to him. He got in touch with puppeteer Danny Verbiest, who created the puppet dog Samson. Samson, a Bearded Collie, made his screen debut in the Christmas period of 1989.
