Municipalities (''municipios'' in Spanish language, Spanish) are the second-level administrative divisions of Mexico, where the first-level administrative division is the ''states of Mexico, state'' (Spanish: estado). The National Action Party ( es, Partido Acción Nacional, PAN) is a conservative political party in Mexico founded in 1939. Martha Leticia Sosa Govea (born November 25, 1950) is a Mexican politician from Colima affiliated with the National Action Party who has served as municipal president (mayor) of the city of Manzanillo and as senator.
