Manuel Pablo García Díaz
Manuel Pablo García Díaz (born 25 January 1976), known as Manuel Pablo, is a Spanish retired professional footballer who played mainly as a right back, and is the assistant manager of Deportivo Fabril. He played most of his professional career with Deportivo, appearing in nearly 450 official matches and notably winning the 1999–2000 La Liga. With stamina as his main asset, he also represented Spain on 13 occasions. Career Born in Arucas, Las Palmas, Canary Islands, Manuel Pablo was only 22 when he joined Deportivo de La Coruña from hometown's UD Las Palmas in the summer of 1998, being signed together with Argentine Turu Flores. He made his La Liga debut on 15 November 1998 in a 2–2 home draw against Deportivo Alavés, but faced serious competition from Armando in his first season, appearing in just 14 league matches. The Campeonato de España–Copa de Su Majestad el Rey, commonly known as Copa del Rey or simply La Copa and formerly known as Copa del Presidente de la República (1932–36) and Copa del Generalísimo (1939–76), is an annual knockout football competition in Spanish football, organized by the Royal Spanish Football Federation. CD Corralejo (1975)
Club Deportivo Corralejo was a Spanish football club based in Corralejo, Fuerteventura, in the autonomous community of the Canary Islands. Founded in 1975 and dissolved in 2004, the club played 14 seasons in Tercera División, and a further three in Segunda División B. They held home matches at '' Estadio Vicente Carreño Alonso'', which holds 2,000 spectators. Everton Giovanella (born 13 September 1970) is a Brazilian retired footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. He was best known for tireless physical display, and played most of his professional career in Spain – one full decade – namely being an important part in Celta's domestic and European consolidation. Club career Giovanella was born in Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul. Having started playing with a modest club in native Brazil he signed with Série A's Sport Club Internacional in Porto Alegre, with little impact. The 2001–02 La Liga season, the 71st since its establishment, started on 25 August 2001 and finished on 11 May 2002. As of 2022, this is the last season that neither Barcelona or Real Madrid placed among the top two in the league table.
