Manuel Ramón Herrera Carbuccia (born September 28, 1957) is a judge, lawyer, and teacher from the Dominican Republic. Since 22 December 2011 he has been a justice of the Supreme Court of the Dominican Republic.Perfil público del Lic Biography Herrera Carbuccia comes from a family of lawyers, medics, musicians and poets. The Supreme Court of the Dominican Republic (known by its acronym, SCJ) is the highest court existing in the Republic and is, therefore, the head of the judiciary in the country. San Pedro de Macorís () is a Provinces of the Dominican Republic, province of the Dominican Republic, also the name of its San Pedro de Macorís, capital city. The city is fairly active due to its proximity to the national capital of Santo Domingo and also its role in the sugar industry.
