Manpreet Gony
Manpreet Singh Gony (born 4 January 1984) is an Indian cricketer. He is a Fast bowling, right-arm medium pace bowler and right-hand middle order batsman. In June 2019, Gony announced his retirement from all forms of cricket, except for short-format leagues played overseas. Career Manpreet Singh Gony made his debut for Punjab cricket team (India), Punjab in the Ranji Trophy in the season 2007–08. He was later selected for the Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League. Gony has made his mark in the 2008 Indian Premier League matches. He played for the Chennai Super Kings. He was one of leading wicket takers in the Indian Premier League and also performed well with the bat, scoring crucial runs in the last overs. He was instrumental in the Chennai Super Kings victory against Delhi Daredevils. He took 17 wickets in 16 matches in the IPL tournament. Rupnagar (; List of renamed places in India, formerly known as Ropar is a city and a municipal council in Rupnagar district in the Indian state of Punjab (India), Punjab. Fast bowling (also referred to as pace bowling) is one of two main approaches to bowling in the sport of cricket, the other being spin bowling. The 2017 season of the Indian Premier League, also known as IPL 10 and branded as Vivo IPL 2017, was the tenth edition of the IPL, a professional Twenty20 cricket league established by the BCCI in 2007. 2017–18 Ranji Trophy
The 2017–18 Ranji Trophy was the 84th season of the Ranji Trophy, the premier first-class cricket tournament that took place in India between October 2017 and January 2018. Vidarbha won the tournament, beating Delhi by 9 wickets in the final, to win their first Ranji Trophy title. Vidarbha made their Ranji Trophy debut in the 1957–58 season, making it the third-longest wait before a team won their maiden title. Madhya Pradesh Cricket Team
The Madhya Pradesh cricket team is a domestic cricket team based in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. It competes in the Ranji Trophy. History Holkar cricket team A Central India team competed in the Ranji Trophy between 1934–35 and 1939–40, playing 12 matches. The Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy is a domestic T-20 cricket championship in India, organized by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), among the teams from the Ranji Trophy. In cricket, a bowling analysis (sometimes shortened to just analysis, especially in the phrase innings analysis, and also referred to as bowling figures) usually refers to a notation summarising a bowler's performance in terms of overs bowled, how many of those overs are maidens (i.e. with no runs conceded), total runs conceded and number of wickets taken. Shanthakumaran Nair Sreesanth (, born 6 February 1983) is an Indian former cricketer and film actor who played all forms of the game. He is a right-arm fast-medium-pace bowler and a right-handed tail-ender batsman. In first class cricket, he played for Kerala cricket team, Kerala. Delhi Capitals (formerly Delhi Daredevils) are a franchise cricket team based out of Delhi in the Indian Premier League (IPL). The franchise is jointly owned by the GMR Group and the JSW Group.
