Manningham Road
State (Bell/Springvale) Highway, also known as Bell Street/Springvale Road State Highway (after its longest constituent parts), is the longest self-contained urban highway in Melbourne, Australia, linking Tullamarine Freeway and Nepean Highway through Melbourne's north-eastern suburbs. These names are not widely known to most drivers, as the entire allocation is still best known as by the names of its constituent parts: Bell Street, Banksia Street, Manningham Road, Williamsons Road, Doncaster Road, Mitcham Road, Springvale Road and Edithvale Road. Coburg, Victoria
Coburg is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, north of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the Cities of Darebin and Merri-bek local government areas. Donvale, Victoria
Donvale is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, east of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Manningham local government area. It is a leafy and peaceful suburb, with the side west of Springvale Road is described as an extension of the nearby Doncaster East. The side east of Springvale Rd is an area full of low density housing and huge amounts of bushland, especially south of Donvale Christian College. There is little public transportation in Donvale, relying on an old bus service. There are basically no shops in Donvale, so residents go to Tunstall Square in Doncaster East or The Pines instead. Nearby Park Orchards and Warrandyte are known for their bike trails. There are lots of schools, including a special high school in the south of the suburb. Doncaster East, Victoria
Doncaster East is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 20 km east of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Manningham local government area. Bulleen Road is a 4 kilometre long road in north-eastern Melbourne, Australia serving the suburbs of Bulleen and Balwyn North, which can be seen as an alternative thoroughfare between Heidelberg and Doncaster via the Eastern Freeway. Since the opening of EastLink the road has seen significantly larger volumes of traffic, particularly between the Eastern Freeway and Manningham Road due to the traffic between the Eastern Freeway and the Metropolitan Ring Road. Preston is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, north-east of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Darebin local government area. Preston recorded a population of 33,790 at the 2021 census. History Settlement The area was first surveyed by Robert Hoddle in 1837.
