Manly Warringah District Cricket Club
Manly Warringah District Cricket Club is a cricket club in based in Manly, Sydney, Australia who play in the Sydney Grade Cricket competition. Founded in 1878, Manly was a foundation club in the Sydney grade competition. Manly are relatively successful, having won the Club Championship 5 times since the year 2000. The current head coach is Tim Cruickshank and the first-grade captain Jay Lenton. Manly play their home games at Manly Oval. The club has produced a number of international cricketers, more recently Stephen O'Keefe, Stuart Clark and Michael Bevan, and all-time great Keith Miller. In 2019, Morne Morkel played a season at Manly in preparation for the Big Bash which he played for the Perth Scorchers and after he retired, he became Manly's Assistant Coach.. Tim Cruickshank
Timothy Dale Cruickshank (born 19 May 1982) is a New South Wales cricketer. He is a right hand batsman and rarely bowls. He is a regular in the Manly-Warringah Waratahs (a Sydney Grade Cricket club) and made his debut for New South Wales in the 2010/11 Ryobi One Day Cup - a provincial cricket tournament in Australia. In his debut against Queensland at the Brisbane Cricket Ground on 29 October 2010, Cruickshank made 8 off 16 balls. He signed with the Sydney Thunder in the newly formed Big Bash League, playing three games for the team. Ahillen Rajakumaran Beadle is a Bahraini-born Australian cricketer of Sri Lankan descent who has represented Australia and the Sydney Thunder. He made his debut for the Sydney Thunder in the 2014–15 season and was a member of the Thunder's championship-winning squad in the 2015/16 season. The Northern Districts men's cricket team are one of six New Zealand first-class cricket teams that make up New Zealand Cricket. They are based in the northern half of the North Island of New Zealand (excluding Auckland). They compete in the Plunket Shield first-class competition, the Ford Trophy domestic one-day competition and the Men's Super Smash T20 competition as the Northern Brave. The Sydney Sixers are an Australian professional franchise men's cricket team, competing in Australia's domestic Twenty20 cricket competition, the Big Bash League (BBL). Along with the Sydney Thunder, the Sixers are the successors of the New South Wales Blues who played in the now-defunct KFC Twenty20 Big Bash. The Guyana Amazon Warriors is a franchise cricket team of the Caribbean Premier League based in Providence, Georgetown, Guyana. Christopher James Green (born 1 October 1993) is a South African-Australian cricketer. Green bowls right-arm off-break and bats right-handed, playing as an All-rounder.
