Manir Muhammad Dan Iya ''Sardaunan Kware'' is a Nigeria politician who served as the Deputy Governor of Sokoto State in the People's Democratic Party (Nigeria), People's Democratic Party (PDP) from 2018 to 2023. He hails from Kware Local Government Area, Sokoto State. and is a Muslim by Religion. Early life and education Dan Iya, attended Magajin Gari Model Primary School, Sokoto, from 1977 to 1983, and later proceeded to the Science Secondary School, Farfaru, between 1983 and 1989. Aminu Waziri Tambuwal (born 10 January 1966) is a Nigerian politician who serves as the Governor of Sokoto State in Nigeria, having won election during the 2015 general elections and re-elected in the 2019 general elections. Ahmad Aliyu Sokoto (born 1 January 1970) is a Nigerian politician who is the List of governors of Sokoto State, Governor of Sokoto State. He was a former commissioner and was the deputy governor of Sokoto State from 2015 until his resignation in 2018. Kware is a Local Government Area in Sokoto State, Nigeria. Its headquarters are in the town of Kware on the A1 highway. It has an area of 554 km and a population of 133,899 at the 2006 census.
